What we send, and where
To check something we only share the parts we have to: links and domains go to trusted safety databases. The wording of a message goes to our AI provider only after personal details are automatically stripped out.
Our AI provider normally deletes the scrubbed text within 30 days and doesn't use it to train AI.
If you check something by WhatsApp or email, your message also passes through WhatsApp, our messaging provider (Twilio) or our email provider (SendGrid) on its way to us, the same as any WhatsApp message or email you send.
We keep anonymous counts, like how many checks ran and in which country, with no content and nothing that identifies you. Beyond that, we process what you send, give you an answer, and keep no copy.
